Plate and frame oil filter features simple structure, convenient operation and cost-effective pricing, making it a classic equipment for rough filtration of industrial lubricating oils. Oil passes through filter paper or cloth media, where solid impurities are trapped on the surface forming a filter cake layer, while clean lubricating oil penetrates through to the outlet channel. Particularly suitable for general purification treatment of industrial oils such as lubricating oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil, with typical working pressure of 0.3-0.6MPa. Filter paper replacement is quick and easy. The equipment adopts modular design concept, allowing flexible configuration of functional modules based on actual processing needs. Control system uses PLC programmable controller and touch screen human-machine interface for intuitive operation. Features automatic temperature control, automatic liquid level adjustment, automatic drainage and other automation functions, achieving unattended operation.
