Single-stage vacuum oil purifiers use one vacuum pump (typically rotary vane) to achieve a vacuum degree of about 50-100 Pa. Two-stage vacuum oil purifiers use two pumps in series (typically Roots pump + rotary vane) to achieve a vacuum degree below 5 Pa, suitable for ultra-high voltage transformer oil and other high-cleanliness applications.
