Vacuum Oil Purifier Working Principle

For applications requiring ultra-high cleanliness (such as EHV/UHV transformer oil, nuclear power, and aerospace), a two-stage vacuum oil purifier uses two vacuum pumps in series — typically a Roots pump followed by a rotary vane pump — to achieve vacuum levels below 5 Pa. This enables moisture reduction to below 5 ppm and gas content below 0.05%, meeting the most stringent cleanliness standards in the industry.
